Residential Carpet Cleaning
12 Step Residential Carpet Cleaning Process
Step 1: Walk Through
We walk through your home or business and note any trouble areas that may need extra attention. If there’s an area we cannot remove 100% of the stain, we will let you know.
Step 2: Furniture Moving
We do not charge to move chairs, sofas, tables, and any other small furniture items.
Step 3: Pre-Spray
A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic areas soil. For home carpet cleaning, this is very important.
Step 4: Pre-Spot
We will do our best to remove the toughest stains your carpet might incur. With our pre-spot treatment for home carpets, most stains are as good as gone.
Step 5: Soil Extraction and Rinse
We use a state of the art truck mounted hot water extraction process which thoroughly rinses the carpet. Pressure and heat are regulated so the carpet is not overly wet.
Step 6: Neutralizer
Every residential carpet is pH balanced afterward so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves your carpet soft and fresh.
Step 7: Post Spot
Any stains or spots that may remain are treated with our own spotting solution.
Step 8: Post Cleaning Inspection
We will walk through your home again and point out the final cleaning results. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our work.
